Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Products must be returned with the original packaging where applicable.

Wholesale Orders
This return policy also applies to wholesale purchases. All returned goods will be carefully counted and inspected upon arrival to ensure the full quantity has been returned in acceptable condition.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned items and complete our inspection:
- We will verify the quantity and condition of all returned pieces.
- After confirmation, the refund amount will be credited back to the original source of payment.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically processed within a reasonable processing period after the returned goods are received and verified.
Important Note
Opulent Trading reserves the right to refuse returns if the products are found to be used, damaged, or returned without original tags.
